The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system.It is accessed via two entrances, one from the road that leads to the kitchen and one from the internal courtyard to the room on the ground floor, from here you access the shared garden where chairs, tables and deckchairs are available as well as a barbecue.The apartment does not have a direct view of the lake but from the garden you can enjoy the wonderful panoramaZorzino is a small quiet town, towards the church there is a playground, going up a few meters towards the mountain you find yourself walking along the paths in the woods. 1 km away, reachable on foot from the road or from the steep path in the woods, there is Riva di Solto, a small charming village with fantastic walks along the lake shore.

This area is not particularly served by public transport, for short trips within the town it is advisable to move on foot while it is always advisable to have a car.
