Short Characteristics - small non-smoking holiday apartment (35m2) for 1-3 persons quietly situated in Dresden-Südvorstadt - convenient traffic connections to city center and main station - separate entrance - tastefully furnished living-/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, Sat-TV, radio, telephone - small bedroom with twin beds, linen, towels, shower/WC - use of garden, garden furniture, ping pong table, hometrainer, bikes - breakfast on request The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.
Cancellation / payment conditions Payment terms Please pay the agreed total price in cash on arrival, plus the lodging tax of 6% of the total price.
Cancellation conditions Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival.
If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.
A rebooking is only possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
Anreisebeschreibung * Arrival by car: From motorway A17, exit Dresden-Südvorstadt (direction Dresden), turn left on B170 and follow signs in direction city center, turn right at 6th intersection (directly after Russian-Orthodox Church) into Reichenbachstraße, take 4th right turning into Uhlandstraße, follow street to the end, turn left into upper Egon-Erwin-Kisch-Straße up to No. 11 * Arrival by public transport: From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take tram 8 (direction Südvorstadt) or take tram 3 (direction Coschütz) to stop 'Reichenbachstraße', walk left into Reichenbachstraße, take 3rd turning to the right (Uhlandstraße) and continue as described above.

The residential operation will collect this tax up on arrival and it is n o t included in the booking price.

Bleef koel tijdens de hitte. Zeer complete inrichting. Handdoeken, beddengoed en schoonmaak inclusief. Heerlijke en schitterende tuin.
Twee bedden achter elkaar ipv naast elkaar maar dat namen we voor lief.
