Information about the host
In the tranquil district of Bucha, located on Bernauer Straße, you live in the middle between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee. The rural surroundings with a farm as a neighbour, on the farm, beautiful hiking or walking trails to the Bärnsee nature reserve and into the mountains invite you to many hikes. Cycling paths towards Lake Chiemsee and mountain bike tours from the house. In summer, the Aschau bathing area or the Moorbadeplatz are approx. 800 m away for swimming. The orthopaedic children's clinic is only 3 minutes away by car.

About the host
Due to the slope, there is no ground-level access to the flat, you have to walk a short distance down a staircase to the entrance of the flat. Due to the slope, our holiday flat is a basement flat and you have a sun terrace. Smoking is not allowed in the flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. The parking space reserved for you is located opposite the house in a parking bay.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 EUR per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Description of the accommodation
Lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday flat 46 sqm with terrace. The open living/bedroom with underfloor heating has a double bed, a couch, a sitting area, SAT-TV, free WLAN and a Swedish stove (1 x wood available for heating). The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate cooker, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Due to the slope, there is no ground-level access to the flat, you have to walk a short distance down a staircase to the entrance of the holiday flat. Due to the hillside location, our holiday flat is a basement flat and you have a sun terrace. We can provide a baby travel cot on request.
