You love old furniture and would like to live unusually? The lovingly furnished holiday apartments "Romantika" exude nostalgic flair. They are comfortable and mostly furnished with restored, stylish furniture from the past. In order to meet the requirements of contemporary living, the apartments have been completely modernized. Enjoy your holiday in a pleasant atmosphere - the living rooms designed in friendly colors, the new bathrooms and the many small details will inspire you. The holiday apartments are located in the district of Babelsberg, there is a lot going on here - in culinary and cultural terms. Nearby are the Babelsberg Film Park, Babelsberg Park and Palace, and a lido. The city center of Potsdam is about 2 km away. There is also a very good connection to public transport. You can reach the center of Berlin with the S-Bahn in about 25 minutes. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments. In the garden, a small seating area with barbecue facilities has been set up for guests. For leisure activities, 4 bicycles (including children's bikes) are available for a fee. Two table tennis tables, badminton and various board games are available for leisure activities. In summer, a small pool provides refreshment. The exterior of the house has not yet been restored. The WiFi and the use of the garden are free of charge. Bicycle parking spaces and bicycles for hire are available. Both tourist and commercial guests are welcome in the house!

By car: Exit A115 Potsdam-Babelsberg direction Babelsberg (Nutheschnellstraße) to the exit Wetzlaer Straße, follow the signposting direction Filmpark, at the junction continue straight on the August-Bebel-Straße and turn left Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße. Public transport: From Potsdam train station. Tram 99 direction Fontanestraße tot he stop Plantagenstraße.

Description of the accommodation
This apartment is characterized by a spacious, open room design. From the entrance/EG you reach the open living area. This is optically separated from the kitchen by a step. The sofa bed (140 x 180 cm) offers sleeping accommodation for 1-2 people. In addition, there are 2 guest beds available. The ground floor also houses the bedroom, a spacious walk-in shower and the separate toilet with washing facilities. There is a small gallery on the first floor. An extension for up to 6 people is possible through a connecting door to the Romantika III.
