Very pleasant T3 apartment of 75m² on the 1st floor with elevator of a good standing residence: Entrance, double living room opening onto terrace with SEA VIEW, rapid 2-seater sofa bed, TV dining area, WIFI.

La situation est exceptionnelle.
Le grand balcon en L donnant sur la plage avec 2 possibilités pour prendre ses repas et un salon pour prendre le café

Le box un peu étroit. Il est difficile de sortir de la voiture.

Rien tout était parfait rien ne manquait!
Très bel appartement avec une vue panoramique sur le bassin.L appartement très bien équipé, très propre très bien situé à proximité du port et des commerces.place de parking indispensable située au sous sol de la résidence avec un accès au logement avec ascenseur.
