Aquarelle is a pleasant house located in the center of Arcachon, close to all amenities, shops and less than 300 meters from the beach.
Close to the Parc Mauresque, in a quiet area, you will be ideally placed to discover Arcachon and its surroundings.
It has an equipped kitchen, wifi, a small outdoor space.

Entirely on the first floor, the house benefits from a small outdoor space (20 m², west facing), with direct access from the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen, with a small table and a plancha at disposal.
The rooms of the house are arranged in a row as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed (BZ), a coffee table and a TV. - A separate kitchen with a dining table with 4 seats, fully equipped. - A first bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. - A second room with a drawer which, once opened, gives way to a bunk bed (2 beds).
Bunk beds are not suitable for adults. - 1 shower room - Separate toilet Neighborhood The beach is less than 300 meters away, all amenities are within walking distance: train station, shops, park, pedestrian streets, market...
The house benefits from a particularly calm environment while being located at two steps of the downtown area.
Restaurant, supermarkets, local shops, market.
Activities Beach, seaside walk, cycling (many cycle tracks), boat trips to the Ile aux Oiseaux or the Cap Ferret, Dune du Pilat.
Transportation Train, public transport (bus) Underground parking at the Hôtel de Ville, 5 minutes' walk away (paying).
Possibility of free parking on the street as well.
Other remarks : - Linen is not included.
Possibility to rent via loclinge.com - Bunk beds are not suitable for adults. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge.

Aquarelle Isabelle nous a recommandé bcp de destinations et resto, c'est une maison calme et bien placé. N'oubliez pas de ramener votre sèche cheveux, lessive, shampooing, savon drap et housse couette

Aquarelle "Finger weg.
🙂 Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Zentrum aber ruhig gelegen.
🙁 Das Appartment ist alt und runtergekommen. Es ist nicht ordentlich sauber, Bettwäsche kostet extra und war schmutzig. Aus der Toilette stinkt es (Kinderzimmer direkt daneben). Im Bad schimmelt es. Alles in allem ungepflegt. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert."
