Our farm and vacation home are located in an absolutely quiet and sunny location, far from traffic, overlooking the valley of Marktschellenberg and the surrounding mountains.Hiking trails right by the house.Families with children are especially welcome. We have plenty of space to play and romp around. Short stays up to 4 nights on request. Dog or pet on request.Enjoy your winter vacation in our cozy cottage with cozy warmth from our tiled stove. The beautiful winter landscape with the snow-covered mountains and valleys will enchant you. Skiing areas, cross-country skiing trails and toboggan runs are both on the Bavarian and Austrian side in a few minutes by car reachable.bargain weeks:from 10 October to 12 December and from 09 January to 30 April (outside the vacation season = Easter)

The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)

Description of the accommodation
Our cozy, fully furnished vacation home for 4 to 7 people, is located in an absolutely quiet and sunny location, with views of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The new Salzalpensteig leads directly past our house. Berchtesgaden and Salzburg are each only 10 km away. Families with children are welcome in our house, a complete baby and toddler equipment is available free of charge.
