Information about the host
You can reach the train station and the town center in less than 5 minutes. Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area (one of the oldest nature reserves in Bavaria), or visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous leisure activities, for example: the 18 hole golf course in Höslwang or Prien, or the opera festival Gut Immling with its annual opera performances. Swim, sail or surf at perhaps the most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria, for example: the Simssee, Chiemsee or a lake of the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte. Enjoy the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn a lot about mountain life. Make a side trip to Wasserburg (the little Venice of Bavaria), or to Rosenheim on a shopping tour.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay EUR 2.00 per day and EUR 1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged EUR 1.00, children from 0-6 years are free of charge. A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking. Short-term overnight stay with surcharge. We ask our guests to smoke on the terrace. Only cash payment is possible.

Arrival Description
Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf turn right behind the town hall and at the end of the road turn left through the railroad underpass. You are now on the Hochriesstraße. Follow this road for about 300 m until you turn left into Geigelsteinstraße. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf until you reach the town hall, in front of it turn left until the end of the street and at the end of the street turn left through the railroad underpass and turn left into Hochriesstraße. Follow this street for about 300 m until you reach Geigelsteinstraße on the left. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Walking distance 3 minutes: go straight across at the parking ticket machine onto Geigelsteinstraße.
